“Present Simple“

Present Simple ကို အျမဲတမ္းျဖစ္ေလ့ျဖစ္ထရွိတဲ့ အေျခအေေနမ်ိဳးေတြ သို ့မဟုတ္ Long Term Action မ်ိဳေတြမွာသံုးေလ့ရွိပါတယ္၊၊

ဥပမာ အားျဖင့္- ပံုမွန္လုပ္ေလ့လုပ္ထရွိတဲ့အေလ့အထေတြ အျဖစ္အပ်က္ေတြဆိုတာ-

• I drive to work every day.
• She doesn’t come very often.
• The games usually start at 8.00 in the evening.
• What do you usually have for breakfast?

အခ်က္အလက္ေတြအျမဲ မွန္ကန္ေနတဲ့အခါမ်ိဳးမွာဆိုရင္လည္းသံုးပါ့မယ္၊၊

ဥပမာ-

• Water freezes at 0° C or 32° F.
• I have three children.
• What does this word mean?
• I don’t have any of my original teeth left.

Present Simple ရဲ ့ထူးျခားခ်က္တစ္ခုကေတာ့ Present Simple ကို အနာဂါတ္ကာလအတြက္သံုးတာပါ၊၊ အနာဂါတ္ကာလအတြက္ဆိုရာမွာ အခ်ိန္ဇယားေတြ၊ မေရာက္ရွိေသးတဲ့ ႏွစ္စဥ္သတ္မွတ္ထားတဲ့ Events ေတြကိုေျပာလိုတဲ့အခါ၊ေဖၚျပလိုတဲ့အခါမွာသံုးပါတယ္။

ဥပမာအားျဖင့္-

• The plane leaves at 5.00 tomorrow morning.
• Christmas Day falls on a Sunday this year.
• Ramadan doesn’t begin for another 2 weeks.
• Does the class begin this week or next?

ေနာက္တစ္ခါ၊စကားေျပာေနတဲ့အခ်ိန္မွာျဖစ္ေပၚေနတဲ့ကြ်န္ေတာ့္တို ့ရဲ ့အေတြး၊ခံစားခ်က္ေတြကိုေဖၚျပတဲ့ေနရာမွာလည္း Present Simple ကိုသံုးပါတယ္၊၊ ဒီေနရာမွာ ေနာက္ထပ္သတိျပဳစရာတစ္ခုကေတာ့ ဒီခံစားခ်က္ေဖၚျပမွုေတြဟာ Short -Term ျဖစ္ျပီး၊ Present Simple ကိုပဲသံုးရပါမယ္၊၊ Present Continuous ကိုမသံုးရပါဘူး၊၊

ဥပမာအားျဖင့္-

• I think you are wrong.
• She doesn’t want to do it.
• They don’t agree with us.
• Do you understand what I am trying to say.
